Hey Pandas!

In addition to visuals, we need articles from you too! Please read the excerpt below from a past Presidents’ Update:

Articles can be divided into two categories: Divisional and District. Any member may write an article on a Key Club-related topic and an article can be submitted to both the Divisional and District Newsletter. To submit an article, members must:

• Use the CNH Key Template, which can be found attached to this email or at: http://cnhkeyclub.org/district-news/cnh-district-newsletter
• Name the file using this formula: D28S_[Event Title Initals]_[Article #] (Ex. D28S_RFL_01 which would stand for Division 28 South, Relay for Life, Article 1)
• Send it to both myself and Divisional Tech. Editor JiEun Bae using this formula for the subject line: D28S [School Name]_[Topic] (Ex. D28S Foothill_Fall Rally South)
• If you would like your article to also be included in the District Newsletter, either tell us so in your email or send it to cnharticle@gmail.com using the same procedures as above.

You may also submit articles here, provided that you provide the following information:

Hey, Pandas! Did you know that submissions for visuals (click!) here on our divisional Tumblr are now open?

Submit KC-related photos (any from club level to international level!) or other KC visuals that you would like to share with the division/other Key Clubbers! Some may be used in the D28S newsletters and/or be submitted to the CNH Archive. When submitting, please make sure you submit with the below form completely filled out:

Photo credit to:
Home Club:
Email Address:
Event name:
Date:
Caption:

Here are some rules/notices to remember:

• Make sure both the first and last name of the photographer are there.
• Tumblr URLs can be filled out in paranthesis next to the corresponding name.
  Example: “Person A (@_______)”
• Email address is necessary (in case we need to contact you) but will NOT be submitted if you don’t want, so don’t worry! (If you don’t want your email address submitted, please note so in the submission.)
• Please take some time to submit appropriate caption(s) by simply putting names and actions/tasks of people in the photo.

Visual submissions are greatly encouraged. Start gathering all of your KC photos today! :D
